How to get the home loan
To succeed in getting the home you want, you need to be prepared. Service Credit Union is offering homebuyers the opportunity to receive free guidance on the home-buying process at this year’s NH State Home Show. Matt Gallant, a real-estate lending specialist, will present essential information, including how to get pre-qualified for a mortgage, pick the right broker and make an offer on a home. This seminar offers a fun way for prospective buyers to get the info they need to get into their dream home. After all, every buyer needs a little coaching.
Nick is a Certified Master Inspector and Certified Residential Thermographer. Whether you are a first time home buyer, an empty-nester getting ready to downsize, or if you just want to learn more about how your current home works, this interactive seminar will help show you how a home inspector can be one of your most valuable resources. We will discuss the role of a home inspector in a real estate transaction, talk about home maintenance, and show you how non-destructive equipment such as drones and thermal imaging can help you understand what your house expects from you.
