Janet Bagley will cover every trick of the trade to set you off on the right foot, with two experts in this field, Janet Bagley of Vizuluxe Real Estate and NY Interior Designer, Renee Carman of Mandeville Canyon Designs.  We will show you examples of true world before and afters that sell. We will cover the pre-sale home inspection, packing up for storage, staging with budgets and their accompanying color suggestions, and finally redesign using your own home elements.

 

Renee Carman was born in 2004 combining the joy and beauty found in nature with a healthy home environment. Whenever possible we chose to use renewable resources that have less environmental impact on the home and the family within. Our design ideas intend to invigorate all the senses and celebrate the colorful balance of design found effortlessly within the natural world. Preparing for a construction loan

The presentation will be reviewing specific loan requirements necessary to apply for a construction loan.  The presentation will discuss the different types of construction loans available through lenders as well as what additional documentation is needed to present to the lending institution for consideration for financing a consumer residential construction project.  A helpful checklist and sample guide forms will be available to  the attendees.

Solar plus Storage in NH; the other is Commercial Solar USDA REAP Grants and Other Incentives.  George Horrocks, received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has more than 30 years experience. George has had a successful engineering career in a number of startup companies as Engineering Manager. George is one of only a handful of NABCEP nationally-certified Solar PV Installers in the state of New Hampshire and has been the Principal Designer and Project Manager for over 300 solar photovoltaic projects – residential and commercial – totaling over 3000 KW and was responsible for the design, procurement, and project management of those projects.
